Job Title: Decoration Specialist
Design and execute high-quality wedding decorations, with a focus on Indian weddings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
Plan and coordinate decoration setups for various wedding events, ensuring timely and accurate execution.- Source and manage decoration materials and supplies.
Ensure all decorations meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Supervise and guide a team of assistants during the setup and teardown of decorations.
Address any issues or last-minute changes efficiently and professionally.- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current trends and styles in wedding decorations.
Work closely with the planning & coordination team to ensure cohesive and seamless service delivery.
At least 3 years of experience in Indian wedding decorations.
- Strong creative and artistic skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
