Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Billing Management: Process and manage billing for occupational therapy services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update patient records and billing information in the system.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries from patients regarding billing, payments, and insurance claims.
  • Documentation: Prepare and file necessary documentation for billing and insurance purposes.
  • Communication: Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to streamline billing processes.
  • Reporting: Generate and review billing reports for accuracy and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in billing or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and documentation.
