Weigher / Weighbridge Operator

Primary Responsibilities:

Weighing Operations:

. Manage and operate weighbridge systems to accurately measure and record the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles, including Tank Trucks, ISO Tank Trucks, and Flex Bag Containers.

. Ensure compliance with weight regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the weighing process.

Documentation and Coordination:

. Accurately log weight data, verify documents, and issue weighbridge tickets.

. Monitor and record key vehicle details such as date, time, tanker number, sequence, filling data, and compartment specifications.

. Collaborate with the customer service team to manage and align documentation requirements.

Compliance and Safety:

. Actively participate in safety protocols and ensure that all operations align with internal and regulatory safety requirements.

. Identify and address issues in the weighing process to prevent disruptions.

Skills & Competencies Required:

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

. Effective communication skills to liaise with drivers, customer service, and internal teams.

. Ability to monitor and manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance.

. Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel,word) Familiarity with weighbridge software is a plus.
