Join the team at our exciting new golf driving range at Arena Country Club in Upper Jurong, Singapore! We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to help us create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Welcome Desk Associate, you'll be the first face our customers see, ensuring they feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive. Your main role will be to deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression, encouraging repeat visits. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (GCE A Levels, ITE, or equivalent qualifications are also considered)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude friendly, approachable, and proactive demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving skills ability to speak multiple languages is a significant advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with keen attention to detail
- A passion for golf or a genuine interest in the sport is an advantage
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the driving range
- Assist with check-ins, equipment rentals, and address any guest inquiries
- Share information about our services, special promotions, and upcoming events
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and guest facilities
- Address guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Actively promote membership packages and upsell services when relevant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service
- Engage in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
