We are seeking Windows Administrator (Level 2)
Responsibilities
- Build and Upgrade of Windows Operating Systems to latest.
- Installation/Configuration/Upgrade of Servers
- Study the Servers Inventory and assess to qualify for OS Upgrade
- Perform the preparation work required for OS Upgrade
- Proactively resolve the issues leading up to Upgrade Window.
- Preventive/Proactive Support
- Incident/Change/Problem Management
- Support for post-build activities like Hardening, detailed verification.
- Other IT Infrastructure Related Tasks
- Able to support on weekends/ roster as per Change implementation tasks.
Requirement
3+ years of experience in Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019.
- Experience in Build/Upgrade of Windows ServersExperience with using Patching tools like Bigfix, SCCM, etc.Hands-on experience on Ansible, Chef tools to perform Hardening.Knowledge of using Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins pipelines.
- Experience with Scripting like Shell, Bash, PowerShell, Python.
- Understanding of HPE ProLiant, Dell Hardware and VMWare.
- Professional understanding of networking related to Windows
- Professional understanding of SAN Storage related to Windows
- Good understanding of large Data Center Facilities operation
- Experience supporting Infrastructure and Security agents (NetBackup, BMC Patrol etc.)
