Windows Architect

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust architectural design for EUC to integrate seamlessly with Office 365 applications and services
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to EUC and Office 365, providing effective solutions with minimal downtime
• Ensure security, compliance and best practices for safeguarding data within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Exercise strong analytical skills to access system and user engagements
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance overall EUC environment

Requirements

• Comfortable to commit to a 24-months contract
• Proven expertise to take on an individual contributor role
• At least 10 years of progressive experience of roles in a similar capacity
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 functions and SCCM/Intune
• Expertise in other areas like CoPilot, SCOM, AD, PowerShell, Windows administration
