DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service

2. Generating Reports

3. Handling phone calls & emails

4. Data Entry in Navy & KTR Maximo

5. Record Filling/Keeping for Maintenance Facility

6. Coordinate with Technicians

7. Maintaining Excels

8. Generating reports

BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Communication Skills

2. Team Player

3. Flexibility

4. Multi-Tasking

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS OR TRAINING

1. Microsoft Office skills

EDUCATION:

1. High School / Diploma / Professional Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

At least 1 year of Customer Service/Front Desk experience

OTHER DETAILS:

  • Work Location - PSA Sembawang
  • 5 Days work week, Mon to Fri
  • Singapore and U.S. Public Holiday Off
