Job description
We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to join our team in Singapore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday HCM, with strong functional knowledge of at least one module, such as Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, or Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Workday HCM modules
Configure Workday HCM modules to meet client needs
Conduct workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions with clients
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test integrations between Workday and other systems
Provide post-implementation support to clients, including issue resolution and ongoing maintenance
Keep up-to-date with Workday releases and new features, and provide guidance to clients on how to take advantage of them
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and support
Strong functional knowledge of at least one Workday HCM module, such as Core HR, Compensation, Adv. Compensation, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting/Onboarding, Learning Management, or Time Tracking
Experience in configuring Workday HCM modules to meet client requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams
Good understanding of HR processes and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Workday HCM certification is a plus
