Workday Integration Consultant (Human Resource System Integration)

Job Objectives

The candidate will be part of the WD Integration Team to support integration enhancements and defect fixing requests.

Key Responsibilities

. Comprehend Workday integrations from multiple endpoint systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.

. Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

. Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must.

. Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.

. Support upgrades, changes and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases.

. Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE.

. Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct and SFTP protocol are added advantage.

Key Requirements

. Minimum degree in IT or computer related subject with a recognized university.

. Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday integration development.

. Excellent English communication and presentation skills - both written and spoken.

. Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization.

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Detailed testing and documentation skills.

. Fast learner and able to work independently, as well as a good team player.

3. SOAP API / Web services
