Workday Integration Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer with expertise in Workday Benefits, Workday Business Process Framework & Design, and the Workday Foundation Data Model Organization Management. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design or implement best-practice technology solutions that align with their business strategies and objectives. You'll be an integral part of helping clients leverage Workday innovations and optimize their benefits processes within the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements for change requests (CR), and discuss best practices for implementing technology that supports their business goals.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday Benefits.

Solution Design: Create functional designs and process designs, including flow mapping and scenario design, to meet client requirements and demonstrate options using prototyping.

Configuration & Validation: Configure Workday Benefits solutions, demonstrate these configurations to clients, and validate accuracy and functionality.

Integration Design: Assist in the design and setup of integrations between Workday and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

1. Workday Benefits Expertise in configuring and managing Workday Benefits modules to align with client business requirements.

2. Workday Business Process Framework & Design Strong knowledge in designing and optimizing business processes within the Workday framework.

3. Workday Foundation Data Model & Organization Management : Proficiency in setting up and managing organizational structures and foundational data models within Workday.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Workday Benefits and related modules, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role.

Strong understanding of Workday methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday certification in Benefits or Business Process Framework is highly desirable.

Experience in designing integrations between Workday and other business systems.
