Job Description

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

What this job involves:

As a Workplace Ambassador - Receptionist at JLL, you'll be the face of our organization, creating exceptional first impressions and managing front desk operations. You'll embody our commitment to shaping a brighter way for clients and colleagues, fostering a welcoming environment that reflects JLL's culture of collaboration and innovation. In this role, you'll support daily office operations while embracing innovative ways of working, handling a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure smooth office functionality.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage visitor experience, including greeting, Visitor Management System operations, and access card programming.
  • Handle reception duties, including monitoring helpdesk tickets, Corrigo Client Portal requests, and multiple inboxes.
  • Oversee facilities operations, conducting daily walk-through inspections and managing storage spaces.
  • Maintain document control, including SharePoint files, folders, and trackers (both hard and soft copies)
  • Coordinate office supplies, mailroom services, and process business card, letterhead, and envelope requests
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and locker management.
  • Assist with reporting tasks, including sustainability, utilization tracking, headcount updates, and lost and found records.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with visitor management systems and facilities management software
  • Multilingual capabilities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or facilities support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Location: on site, Singapore central CBD area.
