Implement the organization's SHMS at office and site to manage risks and prevent accidents.
Initiates, review and implement the workplace safety, health and environment programs and initiatives.
Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and ensure familiarity with any statutory changes or updates.
Liaise with MOM and other relevant authorities on WSH-related matters as applicable.
Conduct training programs on workplace safety and health and inspections to ensure that all staff and/or subcontractors onsite abide by policies and standards.
Lead a team of WSH Co-ordinators to ensure strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises.
Preparation and/or submission of MSRA, safety reports and necessary audits.
Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, ISO & Bizsafe audits, etc
