Workplace Safety And Health Manager

Job Description:

. Advise management on EHS legal and other requirements,, including their changes.

. Ensure provision in legal requirement such as WSH Act and WSH (Construction) Regulations are complied with.

. Review company's safety performance and formulate measures to achieve continuous improvement.

. Review company safety resources and provide recommendations to management to meet EHS requirement.

. To arrange with senior management and laisse with projects to conduct monthly safety site walk.

. Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project/Site Manager.

Requirements:

. Accredited WSHO and ECO with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

. Possess a Diploma in Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety.

. Demonstrated proficiency in organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

. Capable of leading WSHOs, offering supervision, guidance, and instructions to all safety personnel.

. Sound understanding of government regulations pertaining to Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental domains.

. Well-versed in OSH/ISO documentation.
