Design and standardize workplace and infrastructure solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Implement and manage workplace technology solutions, including end-user devices, telephony, collaboration tools, and office productivity tools (with a focus on Microsoft 365 and emerging technologies such as Microsoft Co-Pilot).
Manage network infrastructure, including WAN, Enterprise LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, remote access technologies, and other network-enabling tools and applications.
Oversee the Service Desk operations to ensure efficient handling of service requests and incident management.
Drive service recovery efforts for workplace technologies and infrastructure, minimizing downtime and service disruptions for both internal users and external customers.
Track and report on service provider SLAs to ensure compliance and quality of service.
Evaluate and recommend new workplace technologies, keeping up with technology trends and evolving regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in managing workplace technology and infrastructure environments.
Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, SCCM, endpoint management).
Strong understanding of WAN routing protocols, QoS, COS, and network protocols (e.g., DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
Certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking are preferred (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco), but not mandatory.
Solid technical, analytical, and engineering skills with hands-on experience in managing workplace technology and network infrastructure.
Customer service-centric, with excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework, IT service management concepts, and Agile methodologies.
