As our Workshop & Warehouse Manager, you'll lead a skilled team to achieve KPIs in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP). You'll be the driving force behind operational improvements, leveraging data, technology, and structured problem-solving to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll be doing:
- Use a systems-based approach to lead our Team of Technicians and Staff to achieve KPIs
- Possess and promote a safety-conscious mindset ensuring safety and product quality are top priority
- Set and maintain high housekeeping & 5S standards
- Analyse data for operational & strategic planning, supporting our continuous improvement journey
- Increase efficiency by seeking opportunities to standardise, simplify and digitalise processes
- Use structured problem solving to address gaps in performance or unexpected events
- Manage workshop inventory and drive maximum fleet readiness
- Support and maintain a healthy working culture in which the Team feel valued and everybody can be at their best
- Ensure regular communication with the Team both as a group to share company information as well as individually for support and development
- Build & maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and effective equipment collection, processing & delivery
- Monitor the condition of workshop facilities, statutory items, tooling & equipment ensuring regular servicing and inspection where required
- Prepare & deliver weekly reports on Workshop & Warehouse activity and performance

- Effective in dealing with conflict and difficult situations
- Proficient in MS Office apps, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experienced with SAP
- Experienced with remote working platforms such as MS Teams
- Ability to work as part of a team
- At least 3 years of experience in managerial position
- Preferably specialized in Engineering - Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace / Manufacturing or equivalent
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence in Singapore
- Preferrably with access to personal vehicle
