Delegation and monitoring of repair & maintenance jobs
Capable of negotiating and communicating effectively with clients, as well as managing tenders, proposals, and quotations
Oversee and ensure the successful execution of all workshop activities, coordinating efforts to complete contracts within budget and the established timeframe
Offer consistent feedback and reporting, both informal and formal, to Management regarding the performance and outcomes of the workshop
Management of mechanics
Recruit & train workshop personnel
Receiving, updating, and billing of jobs through e-portal
Ensure adequate manpower to perform the work
Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least minimum qualification of ITE mechanical engineering
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field and 1 to 2 years working experience in management.
