Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign job to a team of workshop mechanics
• Co-ordinate between workshop and customer, updating of job status
• Prepare job card/orders for customers requirement
• Perform vehicle controlling in the workshop, check in and out of vehicles
• Perform hands-on trouble shooting on vehicle, ordering of spare parts
• Perform quality control check on vehicles
• Prepare quotation and proforma invoices when necessary
• Job progress follow-up and recommendation of any additional jobs required when necessary
• Oversee workshop housekeeping and workplace safety
• To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Any ad-hoc duties as assign by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum NTC/Nitec in Automotive Technology or at least 2 years in automotive after sales car & commercial vehicle (workshop)
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Class 3 & 4 driving license with a minimum 2 years experience
• Hard working, highly responsible and take ownership in the job
• Computer literate
