Accountable for the daily workshop activity and repair flow of the After Sales department.
Provide expert diagnostic analysis, with detailed technical instruction to aid client communications and streamline the repair process.
Master the various mechanisms of the repair flow; including repair process, work in progress, batch and transfer frequency, priority management, date management, sequence of operations etc.
Work alongside the technical team to repair Breitling watches, to achieve company productivity and global KPI targets.
Monitor daily activity and the technical production, drive performance and encourage team motivation.
Ensure quality standards following company methods, procedures and technical criteria.
Oversee the company's ERP software is used correctly for workshop tasks and monitor data integrity is maintained.
Align the local repair activity with Breitling's global After Sales Service policies and guidelines.
Participate in all activities relating to the successful operation of the workshop.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace; abide by government health and safety policies and procedures.
Diploma in Watchmaking (WOSTEP or similar)
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a similar role.
