Workshop supervisor (f/m/x) to join our
#Squad.
Your Responsibilities
- Accountable for the daily workshop activity and repair flow of the After Sales department.
- Provide expert diagnostic analysis, with detailed technical instruction to aid client communications and streamline the repair process.
- Master the various mechanisms of the repair flow; including repair process, work in progress, batch and transfer frequency, priority management, date management, sequence of operations etc.
- Work alongside the technical team to repair Breitling watches, to achieve company productivity and global KPI targets.
- Monitor daily activity and the technical production, drive performance and encourage team motivation.
- Ensure quality standards following company methods, procedures and technical criteria.
- Oversee the company's ERP software is used correctly for workshop tasks and monitor data integrity is maintained.
- Align the local repair activity with Breitling's global After Sales Service policies and guidelines.
- Participate in all activities relating to the successful operation of the workshop.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace; abide by government health and safety policies and procedures.
Your Profile
- Diploma in Watchmaking (WOSTEP or similar)
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a similar role.
