WSH Manager (North) / Construction Industry

Our client is from Construction Industry. They are looking for a WSH Manager to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at North of Singapore easily accessible. The WSH Manager is responsible for:

Duties

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the EHS Management System.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold safety standards.
• Managing contractors, investigating incidents, and enforcing corrective actions.
• Review risk assessments, promote a strong EHS culture, and manage the fire protection system and emergency response team.
• Liaises with statutory bodies, provides training to employees, and ensures continual updates to management on EHS performance.
• Collaborate with third-party security providers and drive the continuous improvement of the plant's EHS system.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Relevant Qualification in Workplace, Safety and Health
• Min 8 years relevant working experience in Construction Engineering Industry.
