- Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to effectively manage risks and minimize accidents.
- Conduct training programs on workplace safety and health and perform inspections to ensure that all staff and subcontractors, both onsite and at HQ, comply with established policies and standards.
- Prepare and submit safety reports and conduct necessary audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist the company in obtaining safety-related certifications and promoting safety awareness by supporting safety audits, coordinating meetings, and executing safety programs.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or equivalent.
- Must be registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for a minimum of 4 years.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a WSH personnel in the construction industry, including at least 1 year as a WSH Officer (WSHO).
