- Monitor grilling for optimal texture and taste.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Yakitori Chef or in Japanese barbecue.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Culinary qualifications/certifications are an advantage.
Preferred:
- Experience in Japanese fine dining or yakitori grilling.
