Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching:Conduct yoga classes and sessions for various levels and styles, ensuring a safe, effective, and engaging practice for all students.
Offer guidance and modifications to meet individual needs and goals. - Curriculum Development:Develop and refine yoga class plans, sequences, and programs that align with the studio's philosophy and goals.
Stay updated with the latest yoga trends, techniques, and advancements to enhance the yoga offerings at the studio. - Client Engagement and Support:Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and assisting with concerns or feedback.
- Staff Supervision:Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior yoga teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
- Studio Management:Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling, class management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Manage administrative tasks related to attendance, membership, and studio supplies. - Promotion and Marketing:Collaborate with the marketing team to promote classes, workshops, and events to attract and retain clients.
Participate in community events to raise awareness about the studio and its offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of [5 years] of experience as a certified yoga instructor.
- Recognized yoga certification from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience in yoga studio management or a related role.
