Youth Work Associate
- Working location: Near to Buangkok mrt
- Working hours: 5 days(including one weekend), Shift work(2 shifts, 8 hours/shift) 8:00am - 4:00pm // 2:30pm - 10:30pm
- Salary: $2600 - $2900
Youth Work Associate will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the residents on a daily basis manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
- Support the shift during emergency.
- Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
- Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary)
- Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel.
- Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents
- Able to develop positive relationship with the residents.
- Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence)
- Involve in admission process.
- Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2 years working experiences.
