Identify and pursue revenue enhancement opportunities and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with overall business goals, product launches, and promotional strategies
Define, implement, and continuously refine the customer segmentation strategy and journey
Identify key customer segments for targeted campaigns and develop personalized messaging strategies to drive engagement
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates to optimize results
Utilize SQL to extract and analyze customer data, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness
Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, app and various other communication channels
Drive the overall strategy for automating existing campaign segments in alignment with the customer lifecycle journey
Implement and automate finer aspects such as contact policies at the customer level to enhance the customer experience from BTL interventions, resulting in improved conversion of targeted offers and reduced churn
Drive the NBO decision matrix and work with Data Science to balance decision tree methods with scientific frameworks
Ensure effective communication and execution of campaigns and offers to the existing customer base
Requirement:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or similar field
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in campaign management.
