Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description:

- Assist with all residential sales and marketing activities

- Assist to work with appointed property agents to facilitate the closing of sales

- Work closely with consultants, vendors, advertising agencies and provide marketing support for residential projects launches

- Assist to monitor residential projects sales performance

- Assist in managing sales and marketing budget and expenditures

- Assist in sales legal administration and documentation

- Assist to coordinate with relevant authorities (e.g., URA, COH, HDB etc) regarding all sales related matters

- Assist in management reporting and monthly reports.

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

- Candidate should possess at least a degree qualification

- Preferably at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience

- Experience and knowledge of regulations in residential property market

- Good understanding and knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.

- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
