Own, plan and manage (end-to-end) platform / brand Campaigns which includes post Campaigns analysis.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various marketing campaigns.
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues.
Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional campaign projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and operational teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective.
Ability to understand the end-to-end shopping journey and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer's experience.
Analyze on-going campaigns which includes performance tracking and accurate data gathering and translate them into insights & recommendations.
Assess campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in campaign management or project management preferably in a B2B e-commerce or tech environment.
Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive.
