- Simultaneously, you will serve as a bridge between our data and business goals, providing meaningful insights for making business decisions. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, global and intellectually stimulating environment, and delivering direct impact to our players and business.
Job Description
Monitor and analyze server user and gameplay trend, provide insights to sustain/grow user base, improve engagement level with players
Plan big campaigns end-to-end to engage players and improve activeness, including in-game event planning, config creation, promotion plan and material production, performance review
Manage in-game activations and promotions for game updates / game content release, track major contents performance, gather comprehensive local user feedbacks
Work with online marketing team to plan ads campaigns, create materials, and evaluate performance
React promptly to games live incidences, coordinate with necessary teams to keep a high service standard for players
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree from a reputable university
Creative thinker with a passion for games and good understanding of gamer psychology (especially action / shooter games)
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Able to manage multiple projects and tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
1 year of work experience in the game industry is preferred
No strong technical or computing background is required for this role
SQL knowledge is a plus
