Singapore Game Operations Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Job Description
Develop and execute 360 marketing plans for key events including game anniversaries, updates, and local festivals.
Plan and execute online marketing and advertising campaigns to drive acquisition and player revival
Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in marketing performance.
Work across multi-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support, and analytics
Develop and maintain the core brand of our games through brand-building campaigns and projects
Produce insightful weekly and post-campaign reports to measure key performance indicators and highlight areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in marketing with a strong track record in planning and executing successful campaigns.
Highly creative with the ability to envision the big picture and enhance the teams creative ideas, while being detail-oriented in analysis, tracking, and metrics.
Passionate about gaming; knowledge of Battle Royale games is a big plus
Sharp analytical skills, outstanding problem-solving prowess, and clear, impactful communication skills.
