Brand and Marketing Executive
Weng Meng (SG) Pte Ltd is the newly established subsidiary of Weng Meng Industries Sdn Bhd, with the latter having over four decades of presence in the door industry since 1979. Over the years, Weng Meng Industries has become one of the most comprehensive total door solutions providers internationally. We have manufactured and installed millions of doorsets, from generic to bespoke, working hard to deliver products that are trusted, highly functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Position Summary
We are looking for energetic individuals as Brand and Marketing Executive who believe strongly in service excellence to join our organization as we build our Sales Team. The self-motivated and results-oriented individual would be required to handle client enquiries relating to our range of products and provide guidance and solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to)
a) Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of branding and corporate identity with holding company
- Monitor and review ongoing brand implementation for Singapore while ensuring that branding directions are align with holding company
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices
b) Marketing
- Ability to support and assist with in-country marketing communications needs
- Promote customer and stakeholder engagement and relationships across marketing platforms (e.g., social media, online and offline media, paid advertisements, etc.)
- Ability to develop, propose and manage marketing, advertising campaigns for monthly promotion within B2C market
- Preparation of marketing materials for sales and specification team
- To achieve KPI and attendance of weekly meeting
Requirements
- Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline preferred
- Relevant experience is an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing related positions
- Familiar with basic design functions (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadline when required.
- Ability to work independently and work as part of a team
- Possess good communications and coordination skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
