- Lead, develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing and performance marketing strategies to achieve overall business goals including enhance brand equity, customer life-time value and and business growth
- Oversee the planning, creation, implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging
- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
- Analyze customer data and insights to create data-driven marketing strategies and on-site optimization strategies with the aim to meet traffic and conversion objectives and optimal shopping experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer experience, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing & CRM efforts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve

- Establish and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Stay updated on the latest marketing, CRM and ecommerce technologies and best practices to drive innovation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and media
- Strong and results-proven experience in brand management, digital marketing and CRM management
- More than 10 years of experience in brand marketing and CRM with at least 5 years in people management role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication skills, commercial sense, data analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team
