Business Development Manager (China)

Main Responsibilities

• Travel frequently between China and Singapore to engage with regional clients, explore new opportunities, and ensure strong client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence and client base
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships act as the main point of contact for key accounts
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and termination, to safeguard company interests
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports to senior management
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to promote the company
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client feedback to enhance service offerings
• Work with product development teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demands
• Track and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance
• Provide general support and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by management
