Responsibilities:
Business Development
. Find and Develop target pursuits and close customer business
. Build long-term relationships with customers to enable deeper penetration into key accounts
. Develop sales channel & marketing strategy (digital & conventional)
. Participate in local/overseas trade shows/customer visits.
. Develop & execute Digital Marketing Strategy
. Develop the required quotation proposals for submission to customers in a timely fashion
. Interface with customers in visitations, surveys and audits
. Assist in developing Capex analysis for new project investments to meet ROI requirements
. Assist in developing revenue and budget forecasts for business activities
Project Management
. Assisting in ensuring a proper qualification of new projects and successful integration with all departments and supporting functions within the organisation to achieve successful program kick-off
. Coordinate and lead internal discussions on project briefs, supply contract reviews and all relevant business activities.
. Enable and coordinate activities pertaining to achieving excellent Key Account Management
Requirements:
. A bachelor's degree or above
. At least 5 years of business development roles in a medical device manufacturing or related industry
. Knowledge of QMS and manufacturing processes
. Proficiency in English and MS Office skills
. A self-starter with determination to succeed
