Role Summary

We seek an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in Singapore's logistics market. The successful candidate will conduct market research, develop sales strategies, acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and forge strategic partnerships to propel our courier services forward.

The Manager for Business Development shall:

1. Research market trends and identifying key industries relying heavily on parcel delivery.

2. Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline focused on frequent delivery services.

3. Target industries with high courier service needs (e-commerce, retail, medical supplies, food delivery).

4. Implement effective outreach strategies (cold calls, digital marketing, partnerships).

5. Create long-term contracts or retainers with businesses requiring regular parcel delivery.

6. Explore collaborations with e-commerce platforms or retailers for long-term delivery contracts.

7. Review and improve delivery processes (route optimization, reducing delivery times).
