- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to the menu.
- Master the control of heat for different cooking techniques.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Manage ingredient preparation and ensure all supplies are fresh and of high quality.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate orders with suppliers.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and 5S standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed.
