Main Purpose of Job:
- Ensuring all assigned duties are completed & carried out in safely manner
- Ensuring all resources are utilized efficiently
- Assisting the Operations Director to be the eyes-on-the-ground
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Acting as communication conduit between Management & workers
- Ensuring all tasks are carried out in a safely & timely manner
- Assisting & coaching the workers on site if required
- Monitoring the progress & quality of works at job sites
- Liaising with the Operations Director on a daily basis regarding on-going tasks
- Assisting the Operations Director in the planning of future projects
- Requesting new purchase of depleted stock of consumables or damaged equipment parts
- Monitoring & reporting of worker absenteeism to Operations Director
- Ensuring all safety measures are adhered to at job sites and reporting to the Operations Director of any breach
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintaining & controlling the use of materials, equipment and consumables
- Ensuring all required repair work for any of the equipment assigned to them is completed
- Monitoring good standard of work & compliance of employees
