What You Will Be Managing:

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients regarding campaign progress and results.

Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns.
  • Set up campaigns and ensure timely execution of campaigns, maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Generate weekly/bi-weekly reports with data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in meeting client objectives.
  • Communicates the client's goals/objectives and represents the client's interests to internal teams.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.

What We Are Looking For:

Education

  • Minimally a Diploma in Marketing or related field

Competencies

  • We seek individuals who can convey complex ideas through the written word or vocal expression, ensuring seamless understanding across teams.
  • Able to display the ability to connect, engage, and build lasting relationships. We champion those who can foster unity and camaraderie.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant paid advertising platforms is advantageous. At least two years of advertising experience in a reputed agency is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and generate insights.

Certification(s)

  • Google Tag Manager Fundamentals and Google Ads Certifications are advantageous.
