Community Manager

The Loud Clan is looking for a Community Manager to join our growing marketing team and play a vital role in cultivating a vibrant ecosystem with the power to excite interest groups with rewards-for-actions promotions for a big brand in the international financial industry. It is a great opportunity to own the two-way conversation between brand and prospects, and represent the voice of the consumer internally.

What will you do

Identify and engage promising creators within communities who align with our business values and vision.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract prospects and convert them to clients
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to creators within communities, helping them maximize their success on the platform.
• Create compelling content, including video, images, and written copy, that resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with various team in various regions and amplify work across social media landscape
• Analyze communities or relevant campaign data and generate reports to track progress and optimize strategies.
• Be in touch with how clients think and feel
• Be the voice of the prospects in the company
• Sell your strategies to stakeholders
• Learn and grow your specialization as a community engagement expert

We think you are a good fit if you are

Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management and/or community management. Ideally from gaming companies

Experience in managing partnerships, and building and maintaining relationships

Strong written and spoken communication skills in English

Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Creative and love a challenge

Problem solver

A leader by personality, not authority

Comfortable presenting in Chinese
