Connections and Marketing Intern

Commitment period: January to May 2025

Interested in B2B events and marketing We are looking for a self-motivated and personable Connections & Marketing Intern to join our HealthTechX Asia team and assist in making our event a success. As part of the marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience in event management, digital marketing and facilitating connections between attendees. This is a good opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating Connections

• Responsible for securing high-level attendees for workshops, private luncheons, roundtables and hosted buyer programme.
• Coordinate and manage meetings between delegates before and during the event
• Facilitate meetings onsite at the networking lounge
• Be the main point of contact for VIP attendees who have meeting onsite
• Utilise the networking app to arrange meetings on behalf of attendees

2.Marketing

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the event through various channels including email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling content posts.
• Conduct market research and help with data building and cleaning for the purpose of building a solid database.
• Co-ordinating and executing marketing deliverables with media and association partners

Intern Qualifications / Skills:

• Graduated/Final year graduating students from tertiary education
• Great attitude to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in interacting with C-level executives
• Not afraid of speaking and interacting with VIPs onsite
• Great team player
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools
• Familiar with social media paltforms
• Organised and Methodical
• Preferably pursing an education in marketing or events management
• Able to commit for 5 months from Jan 2025 - end May 2025
