We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Production & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a content creator who excels in both written and visual storytelling, with a strong focus on marketing-driven content. As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop and execute compelling copy and video content to enhance our brand presence, drive student enrolment, and engage our audience across various platforms.

• Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, performance marketing, tech, and SEO) to develop content strategies that align with Vertical Institutes revenue goals.

• Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the website.

Plan and shoot high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

• Manage the strategy and content creation for digital platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube)

Experiment with new content formats and channels to drive growth and engagement.

• Provide insights and reports on content performance to senior management.

Ensure all content aligns with Vertical Institute's brand voice and messaging.

• Assist with other ad hoc marketing tasks as assigned by management.

• Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a content creation role, with a strong focus on video production and copywriting.

Proven track record of producing high-quality video content and compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions.

• Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Passionate about tech education and the mission of Vertical Institute.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both video production and copywriting.

• Proficiency in basic creative/video editing software, such as Canva and Capcut, is a plus, with the ability to create short-form video content using these tools.

Preferred: Ability to utilise your own video equipment for producing professional-grade content.
