Job Description

  • Location: Kallang Sector
  • Coantract until Jun 2026

  • Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems
  • Following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues
  • Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities
  • Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
