As a Creative Strategist supporting our client - one of the world's largest technology companies, you will be tasked with helping them grow their social media credentials across different platforms and target audiences.
You will continuously help build and manage creative strategies, campaigns, and content marketing. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams of different product areas and marry measurement and creative social campaigns. Youll play a pivotal role in bringing whats on trend in social media and be the native social strategist for the team. You'd be a great addition to our team if you're a dynamic and creative thinker with a strategic mindset. Our mandate is to create an unprecedented stream of culture-defining brand work.
Role:
Build and manage the creative strategy roadmap, operations, optimisation and growth of the brands social campaigns and evergreen content across APAC
Track and analyse performance to craft actionable insights and provide strategic business recommendations
Keep up to date with content-related digital and social best practices and industry trends to identify opportunities for engagement
Build and drive new creative ideas to meet social media targets and objectives, with effective presentation of ideas to internal stakeholders across countries and levels
Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Leading strategic and creative development across regional social marketing projects, offering data-driven directions at every stage of the process, including planning, creative creation, execution, measurement, and optimisation.
Monitoring the success of the campaigns as they run, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary.
You help ensure that the solutions we generate have the best possible impact on the brands by validating insights and ideas at every step, considering both objectives and opportunity costs.
Brainstorm and develop exceptional and well-crafted strategies that meet our clients requirements.
You:
5+ years of experience, ideally in technology companies, creative marketing agencies or social media agencies in a creative strategist or social media strategist role.
A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on social landscape and roll with the changes in a dynamic environment, and someone passionate about all things on social media.
Experience in effectively communicating and influencing business stakeholders across countries in APAC
Proven track record of developing sound digital strategies and running innovative campaigns that meet target goals
Excellent analytical skills to measure success and inform future content and digital initiatives, experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g. Sprinklr) preferred
Ability to prioritise between short-term demands and long-term needs
Solid project management experience and commitment to quality and attention to detail
Experience working with creative agencies and internal teams to drive media execution
Passionate about working as part of a larger team to deliver a common goal
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another language to support the projects spanning across APAC.
