We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify and qualify leads, understand customer needs, and convert opportunities into successful sales. You will be responsible for crafting findings, closing deals, and achieving sales targets, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
. Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customers requirements, pain points, and goals.
. Translate customer requirements into clear write-up based on customer business needs and requirements.
. Develop and execute strategies to close sales deals, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
. Provide guidance on relevant grants and funding opportunities to support customers purchase decisions.
. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
Requirements
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technology sales or related fields.
. Strong communication skills in spoken, written, and reading English and Chinese.
. Diploma or higher education is preferred.
. Proficiency in CRM systems, software, and online tools is not required, but the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools is essential.
. Familiarity with government grants or funding schemes is an added advantage.
. Understanding of digital marketing and related areas will be an added advantage.
