- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies, using insights to enhance marketing campaigns and drive results.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, particularly in social media, and identify new opportunities for growth and audience engagement.
- Develop engaging and relevant content for each platform's audience, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and style.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts that align with overall brand objectives.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Track and report on campaign performance, delivering regular reports and insights to stakeholders to showcase progress and identify areas for optimization.
- Handle lead management and allocation to the sales team, using feedback from the sales team to improve the quality of leads generated from advertising campaigns.
- Provide ad-hoc support for company events and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketer, with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, their advertising features, and best practices for each channel. Knowledge of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- Basic design and coding skills are a plus.
