We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Ask & Embla. This role offers exposure to various aspects of marketing, providing a solid foundation in digital marketing. You will support the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
Assist in developing and managing a data-driven digital marketing strategy across all online channels.
- Manage and optimize website content to increase organic traffic.
Support and manage the creation of engaging, brand-consistent content for social media platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement.- Support and optimize existing email flows and execute new ones to enhance the brand experience, increase click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR), and re-engage customers.
Support the execution of monthly SMS and email marketing calendars to improve engagement, revenue, and retention.
- Support and lead new initiatives to increase retention, such as a loyalty program or other incentives.
Assist in the creation and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns.- Work closely with the Campaign Manager to enhance campaigns using data and feedback from current and previous projects.
Assist in coordinating product launch campaigns across all platforms, collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams.
- Track product line sales and curate product selections to boost campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with the creative and merchandising team to create and execute campaigns.- Analyze and track campaign performance using analytics tools, generating reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product Design, Creatives) to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce, fashion or jewelry industry.
Good understanding of SEO principles and best practices.- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content (images, videos, captions) and managing social media platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
Passion for the jewelry industry and a strong understanding of current trends (a plus).
Possess over 5 years of experience in the field of jewelry or jewelry quality work, with a specific focus on more than 2 years as a quality supervisor.- Have a good understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials, including different metals and finishes.
Proficient in utilizing various quality control tools and equipment, such as loupes, calipers, and gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying even the smallest imperfections.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality excellence.
Good with software - Excel, word, and project management tools- Able to read and write English fluently, able to have basic communication in English.
