Job Description:
- Design and develop creative and original visual and written content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and short videos tailored for the Greater China market.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce short-form video content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute comprehensive monthly digital marketing campaigns, including partnerships, direct marketing, events, and public relations initiatives.
- Manage marketing resources, advertising efforts, and promotional materials to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee and maintain the brand's presence on digital platforms, including Google Ads, (Xiaohongshu), and (WeChat Official Account), optimizing performance and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and respond to social media feedback, customer reviews, and online inquiries to maintain positive community relations.
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate monthly performance reports for the Reporting Manager, highlighting achievements, insights, and recommendations.
- Support other ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education or business administration sector.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to manage communications and content creation for Chinese-speaking audiences in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
- Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of clients from the Greater China region.
- Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, (Xiaohongshu), and (WeChat Official Account)
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles to enhance online visibility and campaign performance.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills to enhance content quality (experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is advantageous).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients, students, and stakeholders from the Greater China region.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- A proactive work ethic with attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in influencer marketing and community engagement strategies is a bonus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $2,600.00 - $3,300.00 per month & Performance bonus
