Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee our digital marketing initiatives and drive growth through strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background, proven experience in leading teams, and a successful track record of managing paid social media advertising campaigns. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic across various channels.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and budget constraints.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of paid social media ads, making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to create cohesive marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives while maintaining financial accountability.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and enhance overall marketing efforts.
  • Drive innovation within the team by encouraging creative thinking and experimentation with new marketing techniques and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations and best practices, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the brand.
  • Organize and lead regular team meetings to review progress, share insights, and discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Agency background is highly preferred, demonstrating experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in running and optimizing paid social media ads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation to drive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing trends and best practices.
