Role Overview:
As our in-house Digital Marketing Specialist, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including search engines, social media, email, and official websites. You are tasked with optimising reach and engagement, managing campaign budgets, and ensuring timely execution.
What You Will Do:
- Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring market reach and strong user engagement
- Deploy on-page and off-page techniques to improve organic search rankings
- Work with designers and copywriters to ensure our content is engaging and optimised for search engines, and consistent with our brand's voice
- Manage PPC advertising campaigns and ensure maximised ROI
- Manage our social media profiles, schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyse performance
- Manage targeted email campaigns
- Utilise data analytic tools to monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities. Translate data insights into actionable changes that drive campaign improvements and business growth
- Plan and propose an annual digital marketing budget
The Must-Haves Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of combined experience in digital and performance marketing
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and emerging trends
- Excellent project management and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints
- Skilled in using analytics tools, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems to drive data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of Web3
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
