The Digital Marketing Specialist will be working closely with the Product Distribution team and be part of the pioneer team in Singapore, creating and executing direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive online consumer awareness and preference toward our distribution brands and solutions that we offer.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
Social media & SEO management and maintenance.
- Develop marketing materials: product images, social media collateral, videos, event presentations, and press releases.
Create engaging written & pictorial content target audiences that are consistent with brand identity- Create and review meaningful contents on social media platforms and websites to improve customer engagement, maintain public awareness, and promote social media campaigns.
Support online campaigns, including banner uploads and affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams.
Assist in campaign and exhibitions.- Prepare monthly marketing reports.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Manage customer service and orders.
- Assist in creating and updating website and marketplace content
Plan and execute promotion mechanics, campaigns, and partnerships consistently and regularly- Analyze website & marketplaces sales data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare monthly marketing reports.
Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage
PPC
Relevant Degree in Marketing, Design, Graphic Design or Visual Communication, mass communications/info communication with min 2 years of relevant work experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
Competent in using both current and evolving social media tools and analytics.
- Good understanding and proficiency in using various social media/digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, forums, etc.
Good understanding and proficiency in local online marketplaces is a plus.- Demonstrate ability to juggle multiple projects, excellent communication skills, a team player, ability to multitask, has good time management.
