Overall Job Function
You will proactively seek out business opportunities by connecting with your network of existing client base or generating interest among new prospects. You will engage all potential clients by understanding their business objectives and presenting relevant digital marketing strategies. You are expected to make sales visits and presentations to decision- makers; negotiate effectively to secure new advertising campaign contracts and achieve monthly sales targets.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing business growth and achieving sales, profit, and assigned targets.
Accountable for budget control, negotiation of favorable terms and effective utilization of funds to achieve financial targets.
Ability to present and negotiation of selling Digital Media products to prospective direct clients or media/digital agencies, typically pitching to GM, MD, Decision- Makers, and/or Marketing Managers.
Develop and implement innovative and effective sales strategies to assist each team member to achieve its monthly, quarterly annual sales and other assigned targets.
Conduct quarterly, half-yearly, and annual Business Reviews with the assigned team members to improve performance.
Specification and Requirement (Eligibility):
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Business/Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education.
2-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity in an advertising environment with a proven track record in over-achieving quota.
Experience in digital media influencer marketing, trends & creative execution is required.
Must be a customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Must have strong knowledge of Internet concepts and able to discuss them with conviction.
